Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

Iron Cross Militaria wants you to buy with confidence. This page sets out your right to cancel an order, how the process works for our original and collectable militaria, and includes the standard cancellation form you can use if you'd like to exercise this right.

UK Customers — 30-Day Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer ordering for delivery within the United Kingdom, our store policy gives you the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods — more generous than the 14-day statutory minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — without giving any reason.

• The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
• To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (letter, email, or phone). You may use the model form below, but it isn't compulsory.
• If you cancel, we will reimburse the price paid, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return).
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
• Given the age and fragility of many items we sell (medals, documents, uniforms), please contact us before arranging return shipping so we can advise on secure, insured packaging.

EU Customers — 30-Day Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer ordering for delivery within the European Union, our store policy gives you a 30-day right of withdrawal, extending beyond the statutory EU minimum, as our own store policy.

• You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, inform us of your decision using a clear statement — the model withdrawal form below satisfies this requirement, or you may write to us in your own words.
• Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
• Return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Given the age and fragility of many of our items, we strongly recommend contacting us first to confirm the safest and most cost-effective, insured return method.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

When the Right of Withdrawal Doesn't Apply

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Items made or personalised to your specification (e.g. custom engraving or research work carried out at your request)
• Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
• Goods which by their nature cannot be returned once altered, mounted, or framed at your request

How to Cancel Your Order

1. Contact us at info@ironcrossmilitaria.co.uk or call 07500801192, quoting your order number.
2. Or complete the Model Cancellation Form below and email it to us.
3. We'll confirm receipt of your cancellation and advise on return of the goods.
4. Once the item is back with us and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
